ABOUT

I AM HASAN.

Tripoli, Lebanon.
Polymath. Builder. Always reading.

My journey began in Tripoli, Lebanon, a city often described as the poorest in the Mediterranean. Growing up within a minority group, I learned early what injustice feels like and what limitations it imposes. Those challenges also taught me that the only way out of inherited situations is to make your own door.

I taught myself English from Disney Channel, one word at a time, scribbling translations into notebooks. The language became a bridge to ideas I could not have accessed in Arabic alone, and later, the foundation of a translation career across MagellanTV documentaries, Flitto AI training data, ROBOTO Global game localization, and UN Women research reports.

From waiting tables at fourteen to bartending while juggling high school and university, I learned the value of work that does not announce itself. That experience taught me to take execution seriously, which became the foundation of six years across COSV's humanitarian portfolio, a roughly USD 14 million operation across Lebanon, Syria, and Turkey under EU compliance, where I worked first as a translator, then as an intercultural communications specialist, and contributed to project coordination across 50+ project action plans with a team on-time completion rate of 90 percent.

In 2025, those threads connected into a single piece of work: The Architect AI. The fictional concerns of Aria became the practical concerns of the product. The work is the same work. I was just learning what shape it took.

Arabic

Native. The shape of my thinking, even when I write in English.

English

C1. IELTS 8.0. Self-taught from Disney Channel, one word at a time.

French

Conversational. A Lebanese francophone schooling, never quite a working language.

I have completed over 300 hours of documentary translation, managed AI training data pipelines for English and Arabic models, and translated UN Women research.

The Architect AI

Building the AI literacy platform I would have wanted as a non-engineer trying to understand what is happening in 2026.

Aria, the series

I am revisiting the novella with the intent to adapt it as a series.

Always reading

Recently finished IBM's Generative AI Engineering and AI Product Manager professional certificates, and reading more philosophy of mind than I should admit.

The work is to keep the question alive while shipping the answer.
